Eleanor Moses
ELEANOR MOSES is a retired state manager and social worker, and former legislative consultant to the Assembly Human Services Committee, chaired by Dion Aroner. She has worked with at-risk youth and their families for many years, developing policy, programs, and training at the state level. Eleanor has been involved with many state and local elections, and supervised the Berkeley United Democratic Campaign office in 1998.

“I am passionate about giving voice and empowering the undeserved and ensuring access to information and resources necessary to make the democratic process work on their behalf. The current level of interest in the Democratic Party is historic. More than ever, its essential that we have a proactive “hands on” County Democratic Central Committee- A Committee willing to reach out and engage its members from the ground up. Our Grassroots Progressives slate offers a broad range of valuable organizational skills, experience, and a tremendous new energy. When elected, we will strengthen the party by mobilizing a ground campaign in the 14th Assembly District reaching out to provide information, resources and training. Alameda County has one of the largest concentrations of Democrats in the state. By reenergizing the Central Democratic Committee, we will strengthen party operations and generate stronger leadership both at the local and State levels. The 14th Assembly District has some of the greatest minds in the country and should serve as a model of good democracy in action. On June 3rd, Vote for change!
